New Times and Locations for Final Friday

Dear Students,

Please note the following changes in times and locations for the upcoming Final Friday on February 3rd.

10am-  Graduation Ceremony at the LVC in Spangler Hall.

Students that attend this will receive an admission ticket which will be kept by the student who will give to his SSP teacher at 11am to receive his report card. 

Also, there will be a drawing at the graduation from the tickets for a prize! 

11am-  End of Session meeting with teacher’s SSP teacher to receive report card in the lobby of Fitzpatrick Hall.  Instructions are simple.  Please note the following:

Student + (plus) ticket = report card from student's SSP teacher.

Student - (minus) ticket = No report card from the student's SSP teacher.  Report to Gary's office on the following Tuesday.  No exceptions.

Noon-  Gary meets with teachers for training.  This is important to the growth and development of ELS teachers so that ELS/Columbus remains as a top ESL school in Central Ohio.  Therefore, please respect this time for our teachers.

1-2pm-  Admin staff will be breaking for lunch.  Therefore, please respect this time for our administrators.

2-4pm-  Students that met with their SSP teachers and have their report card and need further clarification from Gary can meet with him between this time.  Please sign up before the Noon teacher training session.
